Drew Rockwell on Information Management's DM Radio

Drew Rockwell, CEO at Martin Dawes Analytics was a featured guest on Information Management's DM Radio program this week in a segment titled, Embedded Analytics and Business Rules: The Holy Grail?

In a fascinating discussion of the value and challenges stemming from embedded business rules, reusability of rules and the results for a business, panelists concurred with Drew's comment that "If you think about where a defect or error happens in a business, it's usually generated from a person making a mistake, a process being broken, or a system being broken. If you can embed analytics that detect and govern that process, that can detect those violations, and can pinpoint the source of the issue such as a training issue or recurring system error, then you've created an optimization moment."

The program description and link to the archived replay are below.
