Resolution Center

The Resolution Center delivers the data analytic value to the business stakeholders, and includes reporting, dashboarding, alarming and case management. The Resolution Center provides:
- Consolidated and per audit reporting and dashboarding, enabling stakeholders to gain a full view using financial, time-series, or other structures
- Per audit reports to present the performance of a single function, sub-process, or control.
- Alarming, particularly centered on fraud management, to enable near real-time detection and response.
- Workflow enabled case management to maximize financial and operational value, by facilitating the timely prioritized resolution of identified discrepancies.
Reports, dashboards and alarm views are both pre-configured and customer-defined to ensure that reporting reflects the provider’s specific KPI’s, operational structures, and required insights.
The Resolution Center also includes administrative tools to manage user access and privileges. Specifically, it provides administrators with the ability to manage users, groups, functions and accessible information, enabling providers to:
- Create user accounts with restricted access (no access, read-only, or read/write access) for particular individuals
- Define groups to simplify administration of shared user settings
- Create customizable home pages for users where they can bookmark favorite pages, reports or dashboards
- However, recognizing that providers may have existing reporting and dashboarding tools, we also publish structured analytics to 3rd party reporting and dashboarding environments, using a wide range of formats to enable providers to gain new insights and value while leveraging past investments.
